Tuna Almondine Salad

  1. In large bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water. Let stand 1 minute.
  2. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. With wire whip or rotary beater blend in cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, curry powder, salt and garlic powder.
  5. Fold in green onions, pimento, tuna and 1/2 cup almonds.
  6. Turn into 5 1/2-cup greased mold or bowl. Chill until firm.
