Grilled Leomon-Parsley Chicken Breasts
- introduction (please provide any special instructions or comments here)1 tsp. dijon mustard
- 2 tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 6 tbs. olive oil
- 1 tbs minced fresh parsley
- 1 1/4 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper
- 3 medium garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbs. water
- 4 bonless chicken brfeast.
- (maximum length is 1,000 characters)
- whick mustard, lemon juice, 3tbs. olive oil, parsley, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. set aside to put on chicken after done.
- whick remaning lemon, 3 tbs oo, sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. sale 1/2 ts. pepper garlic and water. Marinade in bag. 30 minutes.
- place chicken on cooler part of grillm cover and cook until bottom of chicken is translucent., rotate. move chicken without cover.
