Spinach Salad With Crème De Brie Dressing

  1. Heat oil in small heavy skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add prosciutto and garlic and saute 3 minutes. Add wine, lemon juice and sugar.
  3. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and cool completely.
  5. When cool, combine with Alouette Creme de Brie.
  6. Combine spinach, mushrooms and parmesan cheese in large bowl.
  7. Toss with dressing and serve immediately.
