Pesto Chicken Wings

  1. Preheat oven on high broil.
  2. Arrange chicken on a large cookie sheet. I use parchment paper so the meat doesn't stick to the metal.
  3. Place in oven for 16-18 min.
  4. Remove from oven, drain excess fat, flip all wings.
  5. Place back in the oven for 16-18 min.
  6. Remove from oven, drain excess fat, flip all wings
  7. Place back in the oven for 13-15 min (keep an eye this time as the skin may start to burn near the end).
  8. Remove from oven and put the wings in a large mixing bowl.
  9. Add the pesto and mix well to coat.
  10. Serve with your favourite steamed veggies (eg. Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, snap peas, etc.).
