Lazy Lasagne

  1. -fast fry beef with bay leaf adding salt, pepper & chili peppers to taste & drain fat, do not break up beef too much, leave small chunks :discard bay leaf
  2. -using a 2 quart deep dish with lid, pour water into bottom & 1/3 of the can of tomato sauce
  3. -break pasta and add half into the dish
  4. -add 1/2 of the beef & half of all of the veggies
  5. -sprinkle half of all of the spices
  6. -pour 1/3 of can of tomato sauce on top
  7. -mix with big wooden spoon
  8. -add remaining ingredients - except the cheese
  9. -mix again
  10. -once fully mixed and pasta sauce is generously covering all of the ingredients, make four pockets in mixture and push in the ricotta cheese, then cover with mixture of veggies, pasta & beef
  11. -put cover on and bake at 350 F for 1/2 an hour
  12. -take off cover and sprinkle with Mozzarela
  13. -bake for another 15 minutes without the cover
  14. -let sit for 15 minutes and serve
