Pancit

  1. Saute garlic in cooking oil.
  2. Add onions, pork (or chicken), carrot and cabbage; season with soy sauce.
  3. Add broth; simmer.
  4. Mix in rice sticks (Bijon); season with salt to taste and MSG (optional).
  5. Garnish with Chinese sausage and scallions.
  6. May also serve with hard-boiled egg, cut up or scrambled egg, cut in strips.
