Slow Cooker Cider Chicken
- 2 pieces Chicken breast
- 1 can Cider
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 piece Red onion
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 pieces Bay leaves
- .5 cup Maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider cinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 handful Raisin
- Toss whole chicken breasts with cornstarch
- Brown chicken in half of olive oil
- Fry onions in other half of olive oil
- Combine all other ingredients in bowl
- Put chicken and onions in slow cooker
- Pour sauce into pan, bring to boil then pour over chicken in xlow cooker
- Cook on low for 5 hours
