Italian Meatloaf

  1. Soak bread crumbs in milk and eggs
  2. Brown meat
  3. Squeeze milk from bread and add to other ingredients
  4. Form meatloaf into basic shape of baking pan
  5. Coat with bread crumbs
  6. Place in baking pan
  7. Top with tomato sauce if desired
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min- 1hour
