Italian Meatloaf
- 1/2 lb hot Italian sausage ground
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 2 cups white bread crumbs
- soaked in 2 cups milk and 2 eggs
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 small yellow onion diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 garlic cloves diced
- 1 cup grated parmigiano
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- tomato sauce to top if desired
- Soak bread crumbs in milk and eggs
- Brown meat
- Squeeze milk from bread and add to other ingredients
- Form meatloaf into basic shape of baking pan
- Coat with bread crumbs
- Place in baking pan
- Top with tomato sauce if desired
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min- 1hour
