Triple Chocolate Pound Cake
- 1 Pkg Devil's Food Cake Mix (the kind with pudding in the mix)
- 1 6oz pkg chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 3 Cups (18 oz) Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup whipping cream
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and eggs in bowl and beat at medium speed for a couple of minutes until it is well blended (about 2 min. or so). Stir in 2 cups of the chocolate chips and put in a greased and floured bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes then invert pan on a wire rack and cool completely.
- Combine the remaining 1 cup chocolate chips and the cream in a small heavy saucepan, cook over medium heat just until the choc melts, stir constantly. Let the mixture cool 15 minutes then drizzle over the cake.
