Fish Sandwiches With Salad & Fried Chicken

  1. Boil dressed prawn and mash.Fry finely chopped onion in 1/4 table spoon of oil till it becomes soft,mix mashed prawns and stir for 2 minutes (low heat).Keep it in the pan for some time.Spread this filler equally on both the breads & then join them to give the shape of sandwich.
  2. For salad:
  3. Put the butter in a hot fry- pan.After it melts properly put flour,stir constantly for 1/2 minutes,pour milk and pepper& stir continuously until it becomes thick.Let the sauce gets cool.
  4. Cut all the vegetables in any shape you like and boil properly.In a bowl place all the boiled vegetables,cucumber with a little bit of salt.Spread the sauce equally on the boiled vegetabes.Bake for 10 minutes.Apply medium heat.
  5. Fried chicken:
  6. Make a paste of onion & ginger & marinate the chicken for 2 hours.
  7. Put oil in a fry pan.Heat.Put green chilies after it becomes brown put chicken in the pan without water.Put the lid.Cook it for 10 minutes in low heat.Put some salt and corriander leaf paste and cook it for another 10 minutes in low heat.Take away the lid & fry it for another 5-8 minutes in high heat until it becomes brown.It would be dry absolutely.So be careful when you put oil.
  8. This is a lunch pack.
