Semolina Muffins
- 1 1/2 cup semolina
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- Spray 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray or line with muffin cups.
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Add the first four ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredient into another bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients into the dry.
- The mixture will be watery, do not be bothered by this,the semoline will soak up the water as it cooks.
- Stir as you pour into the muffin pans as the semoline tend to settle in the bottom.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
