Chicken Cacciatore

  1. Dredge pices of chicken with flour and brown on med.high heat in olive oil.
  2. Set chicken aside when browned.
  3. Saute onions until soft, then add minced garlic for a minute.
  4. Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
  5. Simmer, covered for 1 to 2 hrs.
