Fruity Berry Pie
- 1 Package 9" Frozen Pie Crust
- 8 Oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/3 Cup White Sugar
- 11 Oz. Canned Mandarin Oranges (drained)
- 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries (halved)
- 4 Kiwis (peeled and sliced)
- 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
- Preheat Oven to: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
- 1. Thaw the frozen pie crust.
- 2. Roll out the thawed pie crust to make a flat, 11" circle.
- 3. Place this onto a baking sheet or pizza pan and use a fork to prick several times.
- 4. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 400u0b0F until light brown.
- 5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- 6. Beat cream cheese and white sugar together in a small mixing bowl until creamy and smooth.
- 7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto the baked crust.
- 8. Arrange the fruit on the cream cheese layer in a decorative pattern.
- 9. Chill in the refrigerator and serve like pizza slices.
