Layered Enchilada Bake

  1. Line 13x9 baking dish with foil, and up sides a little
  2. Brown meat with onions, drain
  3. add salsa , beans, dressing and chili powder, mix well
  4. arrange 3 tortillas in single layer on bottom of dish, cover with layers of half ea of the meat mixture, sour cream and cheese, repeat all layers, cover with foil
  5. bake at 400 for 30 min, remove foil, bake extra 10 min or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted, let stand 5 min
  6. May cover with chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and chopped cilantro
  7. may make ahead of time and freeze, prior to adding tomato,lettuce
