Quick And Easy Turkey Pie

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, and place first crust on bottom of pan, poking holes into it lightly
  2. Step 2: Chop potatoes and start shredding turkey to make layers
  3. Step 3: Bake bottom crust for 4-5 minutes, add in potatoes to bottom layer
  4. Step 4: Add shredded turkey and cover potatoes completely, leaving as little holes as possible
  5. Step 5: Pour gravy over the turkey and let soak for a minute, then give it a few jiggles and hard taps on the counter to have some settle into the potatoes as well
  6. Step 6: Pinch closed the top pie crust and poke holes in it with a fork, glaze with beaten egg
  7. Step 7: Bake for 30-35 minutes or until crust is golden brown
  8. Step 8: Let cool a few minutes and serve with your favorite vegetable side!
  9. I made this pie vegi-less because people I know do not like them; but if you add some, just substitute some of the potatoes for the vegi so it does not get overfilled. :)
