Baked Tropical Island Fruity Tamarind Ribs
- 4 pounds baby back ribs, cut into individual ribs
- 1 cup Dinni's Select Terrific Tamarind Sauce (from www.dinnisselect.com)
- 1/2 cup Dinni's Select Orange Blossom Honey Mustard (from www.dinnisselect.com)
- Arrange ribs in a roasting pan. Bake at 4000F for about 30 minutes.
- In a bowl mix the Tamarind Sauce and the Orange Blossom Sauce, brush all sides of the ribs with this sauce mix, bake for another 30 minutes till ribs are fully cooked and tender , basting generously so that some of the sauce is caramelized on the ribs. Garnish with a thin slice of orange.
- NOTE: Since the sauces is giving the unique fresh Tamarind and Orange taste, do not substitute the brand of sauce.
- Subsitute Ribs with Chicken or Fish, adjust the cooking time accordingly.
- Serves 4 to 6
