Spicy Grilled Turkey Breast
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1 (5 1/2 to 6 lb.) turkey breast, skinned and deboned
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/8 tsp. sweet red pepper flakes
- Combine first 4 ingredients;
- stir well.
- Brush mixture evenly over
- both sides of turkey breast; place
- in
- a
- large shallow dish.
- Cover and chill at least 1
- hour.
- Saute
- onion in oil in a saucepan until tender.
- Stir in water and remaining ingredients; simmer 20 minutes.tet aside.
