Breakfast Pizza

  1. 1.Peel potato,slice thin and cut into match sticks.(julienne and keep in water,to avoid discolouring.
  2. 2.In a pot of heavily salted boiling water blanch until half to 3/4 cooked. (10 mins)
  3. 3.remove from water, drain and plunge into cold water 5 mins.
  4. Remove and pat dry.Place in bowl and toss to coat with lemon juice and olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and set aside in bowl.
  5. 4.In a frypan saute red and green peppers with onion about 5 mins or less and set aside to cool.
  6. 5.Pre-heat oven to 325 and bake plain dough or flat bread until 90 % done (about 10 mins)
  7. 5.Remove from oven,when cooled spead sauce on top,thensprinkle ham,sausage,bacon,pepper/onion mix on sauce.
  8. 6.Cover with half cheese,then top with scrambled eggs,julienne potatos.
  9. 7.Finally top with remaining cheddar and bake approx 20 mins until cheese is melted and bubbling.
  10. 8.Remove,stand 5 mins before cutting and serving.
