How To Make Sinful Cake With Lots Of Surprising Ingredients
- 2 cup cups cake flour
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- .5 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 1.5 cup sugar
- .5 cup butter unsalted
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- .5 cup fresh cream
- .5 cup chopped rose petals
- 4 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup butter unsalted
- 2 cup sugar
- Preheat your oven at 180* Celsius.
- Line three 8" cake batter tins with butter and flour so that you cake do not stick to it.
- Take bowl and pour flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt mix this dry mixture and keep aside.
- In another bowl blend buttermilk, vinegar, food coloring and vanilla.
- Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl until fluffy. Add one egg at a time and beat the mixture each time after adding one egg.
- Mix the flour mixture with butter mixture and beat it then add buttermilk mixture and beat again.
- Now divide the mixture equally into all the three pans and bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the pans for 5 minutes at room temperature and then take out the base to cool them out completely.
- NOTE: Cool down your all bases of the cake completely because frosting can be done only on chilled base.
- Take a non-stick pan heat butter and cream till one boil.
- Remove from heat and pout chocolate and mix until completely melt and smooth.
- Add rose water and cool down until thicken and spreadable.
- Spread this chocolate paste between each layer like between first and second layer and second and third layer
- Beat the cream-cheese and butter until well fluffy. Add sugar to it and beat more. Mix vanilla and whisk.
- Frost your sinful cake's top and sides with it and refrigerates it until properly chilled.
- Before serving decorate it with fresh rose petals.
