“Tante Rosi’S” Fork Cookies - Drs

  1. Cream together the Margarine and Sugar.
  2. Add Vanilla and Egg Yolks. Mix well.
  3. Stir in Flour.
  4. Form dough into small walnut-sized balls then roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet and gently press with palm of hand to flatten.
  5. Dip fork in cold water then gently press tines onto cookie disc to make decorative pattern. Top with sprinkles.
  6. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
