Black Bean Lasagna

  1. Drain and rinse beans.Mash one can and set other aside.Prepare noodles as directed on pkg., drain&lay flat. Spray large skillet with non-stick coating;add onion,pepper&garlic. Cook&stir until tender,not brown.Add mashed beans,unmashed beans,tomato sauce. Heat through
  2. In lge.bowl,combine cottage cheese,sour cream,cream cheese.
  3. Spray 3qt.rect.baking dish w/non-stick coating. Arrange 3 noodles,then one-third bean mixture, then spread one-third cheese mixture. Repeat twice,ending with bean mixture.
  4. Bake covered at 350degrees for 45min.or until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes.
