Cinnamon Pinwheel Cookies

  1. In a bowl, make a well with flour.
  2. Then place yeast and cream.
  3. Beat in eggs and pinch of salt.
  4. Mix all together by hand. Cover dough and refrigerate 1 hour.
  5. Take out 1/4 of batter; leave rest in refrigerator.
  6. Roll dough into circle.
  7. Pat with melted butter.
  8. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  9. Roll up into a tight jelly roll.
  10. Continue until dough is used up.
  11. Keep rolls in refrigerator until done.
  12. Sprinkle sugar on cutting board.
  13. Place rolls on board and slice them around 1/4-inch thick and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  14. Bake at 350u0b0 to 375u0b0 for approximately 15 minutes.
