Mon Hamburger Du Canard Cerise

  1. 1. Thoroughly combine dried cherries, Schnapps, chopped garlic and soy sauce into twice ground duck breast meat.
  2. 2. Form Twice ground duck breast into large burgers.
  3. 3. Place on wood charcoal grill when embers are hot and place 4 pcs. of pre-moistened Mesquite wood directly on Embers.
  4. Grill over Hardwood Charcoal embers & Mesquite and cook to Medium.
  5. Sauce Preparation.
  6. Add all ingredients at low heat and stir to fully combined. Do not allow to simmer.
  7. Served on Honey/Fruit/Nut Bread with Wild Rice!
  8. Spoon sauce over cooked burgers and Rice.
