Cream Cheese Pound Cake
- 3 c. cake flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 6 eggs
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- full tsp. each: lemon, rum, almond and vanilla flavors
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 eggs
- 3 mashed bananas, mashed
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. quick cooking oats
- In a mixing bowl, cream together sugar and margarine.
- Beat in eggs, bananas and honey.
- Stir together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
- Add to creamed mixture, beating just until blended. Stir in oats.
- Fill 24 muffin pans lined with paper cups 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 18 minutes.
- Cool.
- Makes 24.
