Artichoke Dip

  1. Blend cream cheese, mayo, milk, cheese, garlic, & hot pepper sauce in food processor until smooth. Add artichokes and pulse until well combined, but chunky.
  2. Transfer to a microwave-safe serving dish. Microwave on medium until heated through ~5minutes. (OR, heat in oven until bubbly) Stir in lemon juice & season to taste with salt & pepper. Serve with crackers.
