Hudson V Club Sandwichalley
- 1 (16 oz)can white beans
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves peeled
- 2 tbs white wine
- 1/2 chicken broth
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- salt
- 12 slices wheat bread, toasted
- 12 leaves of romaine
- 8 tomato slices
- 12 thin red onion slices
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 pound thin cooked chicken breast
- to make spread heat olove oil over med-high heat add garlic and cook for one minute
- add wine and cook for 1 min,
- add broth and cook until thickened (3-4 mins)
- transfer to food processor-add lemon and salt-puree
- set aside to cool and thicken
- use remaining ingrediants to make 4 sandwichs placing slice of bread in the middle
- add spread
white beans, olive oil, garlic, white wine, chicken broth, lemon juice, salt, bread, romaine, tomato, thin red onion, avocado, thin cooked chicken
