Salsa Sauce Hors D'Oeuvre

  1. We use a manual food grinder with coarse blade for all dicing. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in 3-quart saucepan on medium heat, stir frequently.
  3. Add cornstarch and bring to low boil.
  4. Take off from heat.
  5. Let cool before putting in containers.
  6. The longer it sets the better it gets.
  7. Serve with chips.
  8. Makes about 2 quarts.
