Florentine Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
  3. Cool in large bowl of ice water; set aside. Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of butter 5 minutes.
  4. Combine spinach, onion, Mozzarella cheese, sour cream and 1 egg.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Melt 1/4 cup butter in saucepan.
  7. Stir in flour, instant bouillon and pepper.
  8. Stir in milk and cream.
  9. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  10. Boil and stir for 1 minute.
