Florentine Lasagna
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. light cream or half and half
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
- Cool in large bowl of ice water; set aside. Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of butter 5 minutes.
- Combine spinach, onion, Mozzarella cheese, sour cream and 1 egg.
- Set aside.
- Melt 1/4 cup butter in saucepan.
- Stir in flour, instant bouillon and pepper.
- Stir in milk and cream.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil and stir for 1 minute.
