Sweet And Sour Meatballs
- 2 lbs Ground beef
- 6 Ginger snaps ground
- 1 tbsp onion flakes
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup Pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup hp source
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, ground ginger snaps, onion flakes and oregano.
- Form into balls in baking dish and place in oven. Total cooking time is about 40 minutes.
- Heat pineapple juice in sauce pan, add brown sugar, ketchup and hp psauce. Stir to disolve.
- Add corn starch and stir. Remove meatballs from oven, pour sauce over meatballs and then put meatballs back in oven to complete cooking.
