Cheese Cake
- 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 lb. cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1 large can Pet milk
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- Mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon.
- Add melted butter and mix well.
- Place crumb mixture in a well-greased deep cake pan.
- Using back of a large spoon, press crumb mixture against bottom and sides to form a shell.
- Force cottage cheese through a strainer.
- Beat eggs; add cheese, remaining sugar, flour, milk, lemon juice and nutmeg.
- Stir until well blended. Turn mixture into the shell and bake in a slow oven at 325u0b0
- for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cake cool in pan.
