Double-Apple Walnut Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Butter and flour 12-cup bundt pan. Combine first 6 ingredients.
  3. Stir in nuts.
  4. At high speed beat butter until smooth.
  5. Beat in sugar until fluffy.
  6. Reduce speed to low.
  7. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  8. Alternately beat in flour and applesauce; beat 1 minute.
  9. Fold in apples.
  10. Spread in pan.
  11. Bake 1 hour, 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  12. Cool on rack 40 minutes.
  13. Remove from pan; cool.
