Steak Bake
- 1 1/2 lb. cube or sirloin steak, cut into narrow strips
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 3 Tbsp. molasses
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French cut beans, thawed and drained
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- Place meat in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.
- Toss to coat meat.
- Bake uncovered at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes.
- Add onion, green pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms, molasses and soy sauce.
- Mix well.
- Cover and bake at 400u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Stir in beans.
- Drop Tangy Muffins by tablespoon onto hot mixture.
- Sprinkle with sesame seed.
- Bake at 400u0b0 for additional 15 to 18 minutes.
