Magic Cookie Bars
- 1 stick butter or margaine
- 1 1/2 cups gram cracker crumbs
- 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0(325u0b0 for glass dish). In 13x9-inch baking pan, melt butter in oven.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter; pour Eagle Brand(R) evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients; press down firmly with fork.
- Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars or diamonds. Store at room temperature.
- Yield: 24- 36 bars depending on how you cut them.
- Notes: Recipe Variations: Substitute chocolate chips or nuts with: candy coated pieces, dried cranberries, raisins, mini marshmallows or butterscotch chips.
