White Bean And Kale Soup

  1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil with bay leaf until clear. Add the kale and continue cooking over med heat until softened.
  2. Add chili, pepper, sage and rosemary and chopped collards and set heat to med-low.
  3. Brown kielbasa separately in a skillet.
  4. Add beans, chicken broth and keilbasa to pot and bring to boil and let simmer for an hour.
