Mango Jicama Salad

  1. Peel and dice the jicama and mango into small pieces. Peel and dice red onion. Destem and deseed red pepper, dice. Chop bean sprouts and cilantro.
  2. Combine all in bowl and toss.
  3. For dressing:
  4. Whisk together sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce and cumin.
  5. Toss over combined vegetables (and mango).
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
