Cowboy Corn

• lots of rainbow trout (about 15 inches long)
• 6 strips bacon
• 1 onion
• 1 can corn
• 1 small jar pimentos

1. Take atrip

3. into the mountains in the cool, crisp air. Find
4. a lake with a mountain stream flowing into it with lots of rainbow trout about

7. Say a prayer of thanksgiving and start
8. fishing.
9. After
10. catching
11. enough fish for a meal, prepare and
12. cook

14. on an open fire.
15. As fish are cooking, take a

20. skillet. Place about 6 strips of
21. bacon in the skillet.
22. When the bacon is about half done, the onion
23. should go in (so as not to burn the onion). When browned, drain off grease and add corn along with pimentos. Cook the
24. corn

26. allts hot.
27. Place the corn beside the fresh trout
28. and thank the Lord for His beauty and bounty.
