Cheesecake Supreme
- 1 extra serving size graham cracker pie crust or 2 graham cracker pie crusts
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cans topping
- Combine the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and salt until well blended.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Place crust on baking sheet; pour in filling.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 325u0b0 oven or until a knife inserted off-center comes out clean.
- Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla; carefully spread over pie.
- Continue baking for 10 minutes.
- Cool on wire rack.
- Chill.
- Top with fresh, frozen or canned fruit.
- Serves 10.
