Kathy'S Favorite Ham And Cheese Broccoli Rolls

  1. Cook broccoli according to package; drain.
  2. Drain off pineapple juice to make 1/2 cup juice.
  3. In saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
  4. Stir in flour, horseradish, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
  5. Add milk all at once.
  6. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
  7. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Combine egg yolk and pineapple juice.
  8. Add half of the hot mixture to egg yolk; return all to pan.
  9. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened.
