Jumpstart Muffins

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center.
  2. Combine banana and next 3 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
  3. Divide batter evenly among 12 muffin cups coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 350 degs for 23 mins or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pans immediately; let cool on a wire rack.
