Sweet And Spicy Chicken

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees
  2. place chicken in a shallow pan
  3. cook for 15-20 minutes.
  4. After about 7 minutes turn over the chicken and cook for the remaining time.
  5. once chicken is white on both sides by then you should see clear juices from the chicken. set chicken aside.
  6. Sauce
  7. While the chicken is baking, prepare the sauce.
  8. Mix together apricot preserves, barbeque sauce and 1/2 clove minced garlic together. (store bottled minced garlic work fine)
  9. Mix to your taste and desired portion.
  10. Place chicken in a pan(stove top) and stir with sauce until completely smothered
  11. cook for 5 minutes on low heat or until hot.
  12. servings for 2-3 persons

chicken tenders, pepper, salt, ground cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, olive oil
