Denver Green Chile

  1. Brown pork and drain
  2. Add onion and chicken broth
  3. Simmer 1 hour, stirring often
  4. Add spice mix and a little water
  5. Simmer 1 hour, stirring often to avoid sticking
  6. Add green enchilada sauce and stir
  7. Simmer .5 hour
  8. Add chopped green chile and roasted jalapenos, anaheims, and habaneros
  9. Cook for 15 minutes
  10. Add 8 oz. green chile, pureed
  11. 10 minutes later
  12. Adjust with .5 tsp jalapeno, 1 tsp salt and a liberal dose of habanera hot sauce.
