Chicken Casserole
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked
- 1 pkg. cornbread dressing crumbs or 1 box chicken flavor Stove Top stuffing
- 1 can cream of onion soup or 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine
- Cook chicken until tender.
- Save broth.
- Remove chicken from bone in small pieces.
- Melt margarine and prepared dressing as indicated on box.
- In a baking dish put layer of crumbs and a layer of chicken.
- Empty soups into separate bowls.
- Thin each with 1/2 can of broth that was saved.
- Blend well.
- Pour the celery (or onion) soup over the layers of crumbs and chicken.
- Add another layer of crumbs and chicken.
- Pour cream of chicken over this layer.
- Add a final layer of crumbs.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
