Grilled Trout

  1. Heat grill to 350-375 degrees. If using fillets, prepare fish grilling pan with cooking spray or EVO.
  2. Liberally salt/pepper inside of fillets or whole fish.
  3. Add your choice of fresh herbs to inside of fish or on top of two fillets - Thyme, Rosemary, Marjoram, Oregano, Dill
  4. Add slices of lime and onion to inside of fish or on top of two fillets
  5. If using fillets, top the herbed/lime fillets with the other fillets (skin up). Set on grilling pan.
  6. Grill fish until skin is crispy. About 5-10 min per side depending on thickness of fish.
