Grilled Trout
- 4 piece Trout Fillets or Whole Fish
- 8 sprig Fresh Thyme
- 4 sprig Fresh Rosemary
- 4 sprig Fresh Marjoram or Oregano
- 8, 12 slices Lime
- 4 slices Onion
- 1 tablespoon Extra-virgin Olive Oil (optional)
- Heat grill to 350-375 degrees. If using fillets, prepare fish grilling pan with cooking spray or EVO.
- Liberally salt/pepper inside of fillets or whole fish.
- Add your choice of fresh herbs to inside of fish or on top of two fillets - Thyme, Rosemary, Marjoram, Oregano, Dill
- Add slices of lime and onion to inside of fish or on top of two fillets
- If using fillets, top the herbed/lime fillets with the other fillets (skin up). Set on grilling pan.
- Grill fish until skin is crispy. About 5-10 min per side depending on thickness of fish.
