Skillet Beef And Corn

  1. In skillet, brown meat, onion and thyme in oil. Season with pepper, if desired.
  2. Stir in wine.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer, uncovered, over medium heat, about 7 minutes or until liquid is gone. Add tomatoes. Reduce heat.
  5. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Uncover and cook 5 minutes more. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
  6. Makes 4 servings. Contains 305 calories.
