Chicken Salad

  1. Cook rice until done, set aside.
  2. Cook sausage or ground beef, set aside.
  3. Cut up pepper, onion and celery and sautee in butter or oil until done, set aside.
  4. Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish adding the worchester sauce, water. Season to taste with Tony Chachere's seasoning or salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for half an hour.
