Aunt Judy'S Hamburger Rolls

  1. Mix yeast mixture first and set aside.
  2. Combine sugar, salt, oil, egg, water and yeast (when done).
  3. Add 5 cups of flour, stir in then add 3 cups of flour. Mixture could be very sticky.
  4. Kneed 1 cup flour into dough, if more if needed.
  5. Let rise, covered for 4 hours. Shape into rolls, place on greased cookie sheets, let rise 4 more hours.
  6. Cook 10-12 minutes 400.
