Molded Perfection Salad

  1. Place gelatin in medium size mixing bowl. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add salt and dry mustard to vinegar. Mix well. Then add to the gelatin. Chill gelatin mixture until it is the consistency of unbeaten egg white. Stir in cold evaporated milk gradually, blending thoroughly. Fold in vegetables. Spoon into a qaurt mold. Chill until set, about 3 hours. When ready to serve, unmold on lettuce or other salad greens.
