Cheese Wine Bake

  1. mix butter and garlic
  2. spread on bread
  3. place face down in pan
  4. slash crust
  5. mix broth, wine, eggs, salt, worcestershire, mustards, papreka, pepper and pour over bread
  6. place swiss cheese all over the top
  7. finish with parmesan cheese
  8. bake at 325 for 30 minutes or so. it should be fairly firm when cut into 1 x 3 inch pieces. serve warm.
