Creole Shrimp Sausage Stew

  1. 1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat; saute bell peppers, garlic and sausage, stiring occasionally, about 3 minutes or until peppers are tender.
  2. 2. Add broth and tomatoes; bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Add shrimp and beans, cover and reduce heat ans simmer for 6 minutes or until shrimp are done.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley.
