Asian Chicken Salad

  1. Put chicken breasts in pot and cover with water. Season with salt and your choice of herbs for additional flavor.
  2. Bring to Boil and then let simmer partially covered for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat. Let poach in water for 20 minutes.
  3. Shred when cool
  4. Cook Ramen Noodles. Combine with cole slaw mix.
  5. Mix all other ingredients together.
  6. ADD Dressing. Toss. Season with S&P
  7. Sprinkle with sesame and almonds
  8. *Add more chicken broth if dry after mixing
  9. If Doubling, don't add another seasoning package unless needed.
